Mohammed Elfeky

A chartered and diligent professional with over two decades of diversified experience in the Construction, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise to the business, having successfully managed complex and large-scale projects with finesse.

I specialise in providing contractual and commercial advice to clients across various project stages. My extensive exposure to FIDIC and NEC-4 forms of contract has enabled me to navigate contractual complexities effectively. Additionally, I have developed strong communication and negotiation skills, which are crucial for resolving disputes among project stakeholders.

As an RICS assessor and counsellor, I have honed my attention to detail and elevated my analytical abilities, empowering me to make informed decisions and optimize project strategies for enhanced outcomes.

Furthermore, I possess in-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscapes governing both the Middle East and Australian construction markets.

Ahmed Ezz

A highly experienced, master’s qualified, Chartered and Certified Quantity Surveyor with over two decades of progressive experience and a comprehensive skill set that spans the entire construction project lifecycle, from initial business case to client handover. I have a proven track record in managing commercially complex construction projects and leading teams of quantity surveyors and cost managers. My attention to detail is unparalleled, and I possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. I am known for securing optimal commercial outcomes and mitigating risk in construction projects. My early career experience as a project civil engineer has provided me with a deep practical knowledge of construction, gained through on-site leadership. In addition to my expertise in full-service commercial management, cost control, and quantity surveying, I am also proficient in BIM 3D Modelling, 5D costing, and model mapping. I bring a holistic approach to construction management, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver successful outcomes on significant projects.
